All furniture is securely packaged for international shipping and may include reinforced cartons, protective framing, or wooden crates to help ensure safe transportation.
Please note that free shipping is not available for the following locations: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Marshall Islands, and Palau. Ocean Freight Transit Information
Furniture shipped from China is transported by international ocean freight before entering the United States and continuing with domestic truck delivery.
Estimated ocean transit time:
- U.S. West Coast: approximately 25 to 30 days, with total delivery about 35 days
- U.S. Central and East Coast: approximately 45 to 48 days total
These timelines do not include possible delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Port congestion
- Severe weather
- Government policy changes
- Other force majeure logistics conditions
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will keep customers informed of shipment progress.
Customs Inspection
All international shipments are subject to inspection by U.S. Customs.
Two types of inspections may occur:
- Automated inspection: typically around one week
- Manual inspection with container opening: may take two weeks or longer
Customs inspections are conducted by government authorities and cannot be expedited, avoided, or influenced by the seller or freight carrier.
Port Congestion
Major U.S. ports such as Los Angeles and Long Beach may experience congestion during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high cargo volume.
When congestion occurs, containers may take longer to unload or retrieve, which can delay overall delivery time. These situations are outside the control of the seller or carrier.

Freight Truck Delivery
Due to the large size of furniture items, delivery is typically completed by freight truck carriers.
Standard freight delivery includes:
- Delivery notification before arrival
- Liftgate service for unloading
- Curbside or doorstep delivery for items with any side up to 2.1 meters
If any single side exceeds 2.2 meters, unloading is not included and the customer must arrange appropriate unloading equipment or professional assistance.
For apartments, commercial buildings, or gated communities, please confirm truck access and delivery arrangements in advance.
Truck Scheduling and Capacity
Freight truck scheduling in the United States may be affected by:
- Peak season demand and holiday schedules
- Difficulty finding suitable trucks for oversized items
- Driver availability and transportation regulations
In many cases, freight trucks provide transportation only and do not include unloading or installation services.
Optional White Glove Service
White Glove Service may include indoor delivery to a specified room, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials.
White Glove Service must be scheduled at least one week in advance and is quoted separately.
Please confirm the following before ordering:
- Apartment or house delivery
- Elevator access
- Staircases or gates
- COI insurance requirements for some buildings
Please note that some apartments or homes may have limited elevator space, and White Glove teams and freight truck drivers are typically separate service providers.
Additional Carrier Fees
Re delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, unavailable recipients, or missed appointments, the carrier may charge re delivery fees.
Storage
If the carrier cannot contact the customer to schedule delivery, storage fees may apply.
Chargeback during delivery
If a cancellation or chargeback occurs while goods are already in transit or scheduled for delivery, storage or return fees may be charged by the carrier.
Last minute service requests
On site requests for White Glove service, additional unloading, or special equipment may require a different vehicle and may incur additional charges.
Delivery Rules
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible.
- If trucks are not allowed to enter apartment complexes or gated communities, delivery may only be completed at a designated unloading area
- Customers must be available during the scheduled delivery window
- Missed delivery appointments may result in re delivery fees charged by the carrier
- Extreme weather, strikes, or policy changes may affect delivery schedules
Packaging and Assembly
Due to long distance international shipping, some fully assembled furniture may be partially disassembled for safe transport. This is normal and helps prevent damage during transit.
For items higher than 2.3 meters, unloading is considered a specialized operation and should be handled by qualified professionals.
Standard quoted delivery is curbside delivery to the customer’s address. Indoor delivery, stairs, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal are considered value added services unless separately arranged.
Receiving and Inspection
When receiving the shipment, customers are strongly advised to record a full unboxing video while opening the package.
This documentation helps resolve potential issues such as:
- Shipping damage
- Missing parts
- Incorrect items
Without clear inspection evidence, resolving claims may be significantly more difficult.
Damage or Missing Items
If damage or missing items are discovered after delivery, please contact us with the unboxing video and photos of the packaging and product condition.
Possible resolutions may include:
- Repair compensation if the item can be repaired
- Partial refund based on repair cost
- Replacement or refund depending on the situation
If damage is caused by external packaging damage during transportation, we will coordinate with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.
Missing items will be handled based on the value of the missing item and the applicable shipping cost.
If your order is severely damaged and unusable upon delivery, please contact us before refusing the shipment so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Delivery Delay Disclaimer
Due to the complexity of furniture production and logistics, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.
Possible delays may include:
- Custom furniture adjustments requested by the customer
- Delayed confirmation of drawings or specifications
- Order changes during production
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- International shipping delays or port congestion
- Government regulations, strikes, or other force majeure events
In such cases, we will communicate with customers and assist in arranging a revised delivery schedule.
Policy Updates
Due to global logistics conditions, fuel costs, and transportation regulations in the United States, freight capacity and delivery schedules may occasionally fluctuate.
Transportation costs and delivery timelines may therefore be subject to adjustment.
Shipping Method
Standard shipping method is door to door by sea. If you want to change sea shipping to air shipping, additional freight cost may be charged.
Order Processing Time
Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 7–12 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.
Note: Made-to-order or customized lighting fixtures may require additional production time. We will contact you with an updated timeline if applicable.

Order Cancellation

You will be provided with a tracking number afte the item is delivered. It may take 1-2 days to update the tracking information on logistics website.
Tax and Duty
Import tax and duty are included in the sales price. You do no need to pay any other tariffs.
